WePower is a blockchain-based green energy trading platform. It connects energy buyers (households and investors) directly with the green energy producers and creates an opportunity to purchase energy upfront at below-market rates. The WePower ICO will start on the 1st of February and will end on the 14th of the same month. The ICO token allocation represents 55% of the total supply. The WPR token will be available for a 0.00025 ETH starting price. The ICO funding soft cap is set at $5M and the cap to $15M. 

Token Reserve Split (45%):

• WePower team 20% of tokens with 12 month lock-up and vesting with 6 month cliff
• Community and users growth 15% of tokens
• Future stakeholders 10% of tokens with 12 months lock-up in smart contract and only used if deemed necessary for the growth of WePower Network or burned if proven otherwise
• Token sale contributors 55% of tokens
