According to his assessment, these measures tend to restart broader market cycles. He also stressed that when the economy weakens, rate cuts do not benefit all assets equally. In his view, capital moves away from purely speculative positions and toward assets that have clear use cases, regulatory progress, and rising institutional involvement.
