The analyst's base case is for Grayscale's Spot XRP ETF to begin trading on Monday, November 24. The company's long-rumored Dogecoin ETF is also expected to launch on the same day. Seyffart also stated that Franklin Templeton's Spot XRP ETF could launch on Monday, November 24.
